Are there any hidden costs?
The price quoted is the price you pay; we work with you to develop the service you require to ensure there are no ‘surprises’ at the end of the month.
What if I need an extra job or support?
This will be agreed in advance and invoiced accordingly with a clear policy.
What recruitment policy and procedures are in place?
Our HR policy implements a full recruitment and engagement system. It covers all aspects of employment law, asylum and immigration. We’re a responsible employer and our HR legal advisor regularly provides law updates and industry best practice, ensuring expected standards are reached.
How do you ensure team member documentation and Work Permits are current?
Our HR policy and audit procedure ensures a complete reference check; a valid work permit is in place prior to appointments of any new team member, TUPE team members must provide original documents at time of transfer.
How do you manage the TUPE regulations?
We are fully competent with the completion of Transfer of Undertakings. We know that this can be a difficult time for a team member and we ensure we deliver on all legal and ethical commitments professionally and with empathy.
How do you monitor quality?
We will complete monthly KPI quality audits and General Manager Questionnaires; the results form the basis of contract focus and development.
How will you manage our operation?
The Director of Operations and our Area Manager will work closely with you to assume the responsibility for:
- Operation and delivery of service agreement
- Recruitment and management of the operational team
- Undertaking the monthly review
- Co-ordinating training, development and briefings of relevant information
- Supporting operational and personal developments
- Reviewing your overall needs
- Agreeing with you any major changes to the contract
- Reviewing with you any need for management changes
- Strategy/Budgetary needs
- Proposing more innovative methods for improving cleaning standards
How easy is it to get hold of a Senior Manager?
A member of the management team that you know will always be contactable 24/7, telephone details to be supplied upon commencement of contract.
Do you provide Liability Protection?
Despite outsourcing various parts of business, the business owner is liable under both Health and Safety Law and Employment Law; we work with Peninsula business service LTD which ensure that both ourselves and our clients are protected within our areas of operations.
