5 steps to a cleaner site
We follow tightly disciplined procedures to make sure you’re happy:
Planning
- Tell us your budget, the cleaning standards and service levels you expect, and the footfall at your site
- We conduct a risk assessment and provide a competitive quote tailored to your needs
- We produce detailed work schedules and specifications for you to sign off before the contract starts
Delivery
- In the first month, there may be extra work involved to bring your cleaning up to our usual standard. Don’t worry; we’ll blitz through it at no extra charge.
- For the first two months, our Directors visit the site every two weeks, to make sure everything is going to plan. After that, our Directors attend monthly. We find this is the best way to maintain quality standards
Measurement
- We’ll continually measure, monitor and control the Key Performance indicators (KPIs) we’ve agreed between us
Development
- On an ongoing basis, we evaluate our methods and systems, and recommend innovative changes to give you improved performance and added value
Management
- Our Directors work closely with your team and our own cleaners and supervisors to review your needs and agree any changes you may require
