Environmental policy - We are always aware of our impact on the environment, so we have a recycling policy, use minimum packaging, and refill spray bottles rather than disposing of them. Wherever possible, we use environmentally friendly cleaning products, although sometimes we have to use heavy-duty chemicals for best effect, such as when cleaning away fat, lime-scale and chlorine.
