Our team comprises 40 full-time cleaners, overseen by a full management team headed by two Directors backed up by Area Managers, Supervisors and Shift Leaders.

Our approach

We do a lot of training and development for our staff, ensure they have the proper equipment and machinery, and act with a level of professionalism that may surprise you! We’ve invested in the latest chemicals, products and machinery and have a rigorous system in place to ensure quality is maintained.

Our clients cover a wide range of sectors. For example, we have a long-standing partnership with Esporta Leisure Clubs, and another with a multi-branch estate agent that has offices all over London.

What drives us

Audrey, our MD and owner, has more than 20 years’ experience of managing house-keeping and contract cleaners in hotels and corporate environments. Peter, our Operations Director, also has a background in hospitality, with over 15 years’ experience of operations and general management. They recognised there was a need for a higher standard of customer service in the cleaning industry, and determined they would set a new precedent.

ACM has existed in its current form since spring 2008 and has grown cautiously and steadily since then. We are selective about the clients we choose to work with in order to maintain our high standards.
